ZM605 Weight Indicator

The ZM605 is a high-end, Lua programmable indicator in a larger enclosure with a full graphic display, allowing customized process steps to best meet customer requirements. This along with flexible print formatting makes this indicator a great choice for a process weighing applications such as filling, batching, in-motion checkweighing, to truck, bench and floor scale systems.

The ultra-bright green and black graphic Improved Super Twisted Nematic (ISTN) display provides excellent visibility and color contrast. The large 320×80 pixel display provides plenty of space to display user-prompts, graphics, images and multiple weight values. With its wide viewing angles, the high-contrast display is easily visible in extreme working environments and inverts for optimum viewing in brightly lit locations.

The ZM605 Weight Indicator features a numeric keypad with chemical-resistant, metal domed keys, giving the user crisp, positive, and tactile feedback when compressed. Additionally, five programmable smart keys allow specific weighing tasks to be assigned to the indicator, allowing weighing operations to carry out quickly and effectively. The ZM605 can also support additional external USB keyboards that are ideal for entering in alphanumeric entries.

Designed to ensure compatibility and communication between old and new peripheral technologies, the ZM605 has multiple serial and USB ports included as standard, with an Ethernet port that configures to support ten independent devices, DHCP client/server and Ethernet sockets in addition to serial protocols.

With its 10v excitation and 10,000d legal for trade approval, the ZM510 is suitable for any single or dual base system, making it perfect for businesses that trade by weight. It is designed to connect up to most analog truck scales, bench scales, floor scales and hopper systems. This indicator can drive 5 scales with up to 24 x 350-ohm load cells or up to 2 BSQ bases. It is approved for use in a wide range of global regions (NTEP /Measurement in Canada, UK/EC/OIML).

The ZM605 Weight Indicator can hold four option cards internally and an additional four externally with the aid of an option expansion card to provide more flexibility to the indicator to work within a customer process. The option cards that can be used are:
