ZM510 Weight Indicator

With metal domed tactile keys and audio contact confirmation, the ZM510’s large QWERTY keypad makes it flexible for use across all applications, and there is no need to plug in an alternate keyboard. Everything built into one indicator. The five programmable keys allow for specific weighing tasks to be assigned to the indicator. This then allows weighing operations to be carried out quickly and effectively. The ZM510 can also be connected to a USB keyboard if needed.  

The ZM510 has been designed with complete user personalization in mind. Weighing operations can be programmed into the ZM510’s five soft keys, allowing users to carry out a multitude of weighing operations, instantly. 
 
The ZM510 is equally compatible with a wide range of other weighing platforms, including bench and floor scales and scales for batching, counting and checkweighing.

With its 10v excitation and 10,000d legal for trade approval, the ZM510 is suitable for any single or dual base system, making it perfect for businesses that trade by weight. it is designed to connect up to most analog truck scales, bench scales, floor scales and hopper systems. This indicator can drive 5 scales with up to 24 x 350-ohm load cells or up to 2 BSQ bases. It is approved for use in a wide range of global regions (NTEP /Measurement in Canada, UK /EC /OIML)

The ZM510 Weight Indicator comes with an extra larger 320 x 80-pixel green graphic display that can be used to show visual graphics or text data to aid the operator when running any process. The added programmable keys enable the indicator to carry out advanced customer process while capturing a wide range of weight data. This highly programable indicator is ideal for custom applications that require multiple base connections with the ability to connect up to multiple types of devises like printers, scanners, PLCs, PCs remote displays, USB keyboards and a lot more.

The ZM510 offers a new level of multi-connectivity, ensuring compatibility and communication between old and new peripheral technologies. An Ethernet port can also be configured to support ten independent devices. Supporting DHCP client/server and Ethernet sockets in addition to all serial protocols. 
 
Also included as standard are three RS232 serial interface ports for data transfer to older equipment. This also includes connection to the Avery Weigh-Tronix BSQ digital bench base. Two USB host ports facilitate communication with printers or keyboards and data transfer via a USB storage device.

The ZM510 can hold four option cards internally and an additional four externally with the aid of an option expansion card to provide more flexibility to the indicator to work within a customer’s process. The option cards that can be used are:
