ZM303 IP69K Advanced Multi-Function Weight Indicator

The numeric keypad allows ZM303 users to store multiple Tares and numeric IDs in the internal memory for easy retrieval. Keys for counting, checkweighing and process control operations are also standard.

The ZM303 Weight Indicator features two highly visible weight displays that can be viewed from a distance, both in low and brightly lit environments. The IBN display version is a high-contrast, 0.8” (20 mm) high-digit display featuring green digits on a black background. This view provides excellent color contrast and enhanced viewing angles, reducing operator error and improving productivity, ideal for indoor applications. The TN LCD display uses the same high 0.8” (20 mm) digits but the colors are reversed, showing black digits on a green background. When used in direct sunlight, the black digits become more visible, making it a great option for outdoor applications.

Designed to ensure compatibility and communication between old and new peripheral technologies, the ZM303 has multiple serial ports, a USB port and an Ethernet socket that can be configured to support a number of independent devices, both DHCP client/server. The ZM303 is designed to monitor and capture key weight data in the background. It is able to connect to PCs, PLCs, printers, scanners, relays and remote displays, making it perfect for controlling and monitoring each step of the process.

Simple to operate while remaining fully flexible to print and record a wide range of weight data. The ZM303 offers predefined print formats that can be modified to meet printing requirements.

It is designed to connect up to most bench scales, floor scales or hoppers with up to 6 x 350ohm load cells.
