Employee Appreciation Event – July 15th
We kicked off the week with an Employee Appreciation Lunch to celebrate the amazing employees who drive our business forward. Team members took a break from their day to enjoy a BBQ outside, served by the management team. There were two shifts, one during the day and another in the evening, ensuring that everyone had the chance to participate in the festivities. The Employee Engagement Committee did a fantastic job organizing the event, allowing us to celebrate together in the sunshine!
APEN & IWN Virtual and In-Person Event – July 16th
On July 16th, members and allies of Aery Weigh-Tronix’s ITW Asian Professionals Engagement Network (APEN) and ITW Women’s Network (IWN) participated in a reimagined local event in Fairmont, MN. Attendees heard ITW leaders discuss CBI, leadership, and career development, making it an excellent opportunity to connect, be inspired, and celebrate diversity within our organization. The Fairmont team concluded the event with an outreach initiative, providing essential supplies for support dogs at the Bravo Zulu House.
Getting to Know ITW Interns – July 17th
We were delighted to host an impressive group of ITW interns from MTS Systems Corporation, ITW EAE, and North Star Imaging in Fairmont, MN.
During their visit, they toured the manufacturing plant, learned about our company, gained insights into the world of scale manufacturing, and connected with leaders across the business. The interns were curious, enthusiastic, and had fresh perspectives. We can’t wait to see where their journeys take them next!
