We are confident in our ability to support your opertaion when you need us most and that’s why, for our BridgeCare Total customers, we will guarantee your equipment uptime will be 97% or higher for the duration of your service agreement, or we will refund you a proportion of your annual fee.

All service calls, parts and labour are included as part of the package, so you will never be caught out by unexpected costs.

BridgeCare is our comprehensive weighbridge cover for when weighbridge failure or fault poses a serious inconvenience to your operations. This level of support support enables you to optimise your weighbridge uptime through regular preventative maintenance and servicing visits. We also include call outs as part of the deal and we will provide you discounts on repair services, should you need them.

All of our calibration and verification services are conducted with weights uniquely identified and traceable to National Standards of Mass. All of our test weights are calibrated by UKAS / ISO17025 accredited laboratories to ensure you receive the most accurate weight readings on your weighing devices.

Avery Weigh-Tronix is an approved verifier, which allows us to conduct ‘self verification’ on weighbridges and other weighing or measuring instruments. Using a supplier who has self verification means that you won’t need to wait for a third-party verifier to complete the job. This reduces downtime, improves efficiency, and maintains operational continuity. It also provides faster certification, ensuring legal standards are met while saving you time and money.

At Avery Weigh-Tronix, safety is paramount, especially when working on pit weighbridges, where confined spaces pose unique risks. We strictly adhere to a two-person rule, ensuring a trained standby technician is always present to manage emergencies, operate rescue equipment, and summon help if needed. Our technicians undergo comprehensive training in confined space safety and emergency response, empowering them to halt work if conditions are deemed unsafe. To further mitigate risks, we advocate for surface-mounted weighbridges, which eliminate confined space hazards altogether.
