The combination of a robust, yet configurable, mobile picking station, touch screen terminal, picking software, on-board battery power, WMS integration and a highly accurate scale for weight verification, provides the user with a quick and simple way to validate that an order has been picked correctly.

Our ZM840 counting scale with rechargeable battery pack provides repeatable accuracy at 99.75% which when combined with a mobile workstation can take quality control to the point of pick. As well as verifying picking accuracy, the new solution enables real-time inventory control, eliminating the costly efforts associated with inventory counts, audits, or wall-to-wall stock checks.

For simple, part number look ups, our PLU Editor is a PC-based software that integrates with ZK840 and ZK830 counting scales, providing a part number-based piece weight database for efficient inventory management. 

Piece Weight Look Up software, can be used for larger operations where multiple scales are connected to a single piece weight database. The ‘Piece Weight Look Up’ software allows quick retrieval of stored data to improve efficiency and accuracy in stock control and order picking applications. The software supports seamless data management, enhancing productivity by eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. With a user-friendly interface, the PLU software is ideal for industries requiring precision in counting and weighing, ensuring a smooth workflow and reliable results.

For more advanced data storage and reporting, our Plant Power software’s quality module allows you to integrate a full product database with multiple scales within your warehouse for fast product look up but also capture, monitor and report on data which can be integrated into your warehouse management system. The Windows-based platform assists in maintaining consistent product quality, full traceability and compliance with legislative requirements.
