Overview

Intrinsically safe – ATEX approved

Designed specifically for intrinsically safe use within hazardous gas and dust environments, the H506 has ATEX approval to be used in gas classification Zones 1 & 2 and dust classification Zones 21 & 22 (ATEX directive 2014/34/EU).

Each H506 ATEX Platform Scale features:

Fabricated in 304 stainless steel for improved hygiene levels and ease of sanitation, with a single point IP68 load cell and 5mm thick top plate.

Static, low-profile weighing platform, designed for easy and safe loading by a single operator.

Capability of pairing with a range of ATEX indicators, either mains powered or with an optional battery pack.

Due to the hazardous nature of working in ATEX environments, weighing equipment should be installed and serviced by experts. Avery Weigh-Tronix service technicians hold accreditations for working in hazardous areas and potentially explosive environments.

Grade 304 stainless steel with aluminium oxide beadblasting finish

All data relating to the performance of the machine meets and exceeds the requirements stated in EN45501:1992 European Approval (‘E’ Approval) Accuracy Class III machines.
