With a proven track record of manufacturing canister load cells to the highest industry and quality standards, Avery Weigh-Tronix’s latest ZT Digital Load Cell uses the latest state-of-the-art load cell manufacturing and testing equipment. Avery Weigh-Tronix load cells are designed to stand the test of time, even in the harshest of environments. Compatible with our ZM605ZM615 indicators using Amphenol LTW® connectors, making diagnostics a breeze. Our patented Conversion Casting allows the ZT Digital Load Cell to be used in standard BridgeMont Truck Scales making retrofit of existing installs possible.

The ZT Digital Load Cell is connected by a network of interlocking cables without a junction box or hand wiring.

Real-time diagnostics monitor the system and will notify the user of any errors to resolve issues quickly.

Each ZT Digital Load Cell is supplied as standard pre-calibrated, linearized, temperature compensated and with factory-assembled pre-greased load buttons.

The ZT load buttons and load-bearing element have been designed with a dual-pin system to eliminate cell rotation.

ZT Digital Secure protocol means the signals from each ZT Digital Load Cell cannot be tampered with unlike analog cells.

Our patented Conversion Casting allows the ZT Digital Load Cell to be used in standard Weighbridges making retrofit of existing installs possible.

Each ZT Digital Load Cell has 6,000,000 internal divisions at rated capacity.
