Avery Weigh-Tronix’s Wi-VIEW Weighbridge Surveillance System is a software module designed to enhance the security, accuracy and accountability of weighbridge operations through advanced surveillance capabilities.

As part of the Weighing Intelligence suite, Wi-VIEW integrates seamlessly with new or existing weighbridges of any make, providing a modular solution for industries requiring robust audit trails and real-time monitoring.

The system supports up to three IP cameras to capture snapshots of trucks during weight recording, ensuring correct vehicle positioning and creating an auditable trail. With an intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI), Wi-VIEW minimizes operator fatigue while offering live camera feeds, customizable weigh slips and flexible data integration.

This standalone solution enables 24/7 operation, reduces fraud and enhances operational efficiency, making it ideal for industries seeking reliable and transparent weighing processes.

Wi-VIEW integrates up to three IP cameras to automatically capture snapshots of trucks at the moment of weight recording. These snapshots provide visual proof of correct vehicle positioning, creating a reliable audit trail for compliance and dispute resolution.

The system features an expertly designed GUI that ensures maximum clarity and minimal operator fatigue. Live camera feeds are displayed on the weighing screen, allowing real-time monitoring of vehicle positioning and weighbridge activities.

Weigh slips can include thumbnail images of captured snapshots, offering a visual record of each transaction. Alternatively, PDF versions with snapshots can be generated, stored, emailed, enhancing documentation and transparency.

Wi-VIEW supports serial RS232 or Ethernet communication with weighbridge digitizers and offers reports in Text, CSV, or XML formats. Configurable fields, masters and integration with ERP systems ensure seamless data management and operational efficiency.
