- Verify your email using the link sent to you
- Enter one or more load cell serial numbers
- Download the available certificates
If a serial number is valid, the applicable certificate files will be displayed for download.

The following documents are not available from the public certificate download portal:

- Technical guides or service documentation
- US‑specific documentation, including NTEP certificates
Access to these materials is managed separately to ensure accurate regional distribution and document control.
