Avery Weigh-Tronix India has been supplying and servicing weighing solutions to customers since 1911. As the leading electronic scale manufacturer in India, we manufacture world-class industrial weighing products to meet our customers’ needs.

Avery Weigh-Tronix is one of the world’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of industrial weighing solutions, as the leading national service provider in India, we pioneered many of the industrial weighing solutions on the market today. We are owned by Illinois Tool Works Ltd (ITW), a Fortune 200 company which is one of the world’s leading diversified manufacturers of specialised industrial equipment, consumables, and related service businesses.

Our plant at Ballabhgarh, Haryana, established in 1974 spread over 25 acres, is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to manufacture a comprehensive range of weighing solutions including weighbridges, weighing in motion road and rail weighbridges, OIML certified, analogue and digital load cells, platform scales, comprehensive weighing automation and software integration solutions. This plant is also “Centre of Excellence” for manufacturing of load cells for global needs.

Quality and environmental issues are also at the heart of our business strategy, we work to certified quality management systems and are proud of our numerous certifications and accreditations. Our India plant is ISO 9001 certified for quality management ensuring consistent production and supply of differentiated products to our valuable customers. As part of ITW have high environmental standards and are compliant with all global environmental standards.  

Health and safety is our number one priority and we operate a zero-harm philosophy, empowering our people to take responsibility for their safety and others. Our plant is ISO 45001 certified for safety standards across manufacturing and installation sites. Our safety culture is deeply rooted in all employees which helps us create a safe working environment in our factory but also helps our customers through safety suggestions made by our employees during Installation and after sales service visits. Our latest innovative and patented products, such as Flex Guide Rails, help our customers to ensure safety while using our Weighbridges.  

Our plant is also ISO 50001 certified for energy management. This is self-sustained for its full energy requirements by in-house solar power production.

We have a pan India network of Sales and Service offices across 30 cities and our service fleet is spread across 58 locations, enabling us to attend preventive and breakdown maintenance calls at short notice. Across India, we are proud to maintain a fleet of more than 4000 customer Weighbridges with uptime at more than 99%.  

Weighing is essential in industrial operations because it ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across a wide range of processes. Precise weight measurements are critical for maintaining product quality, meeting regulatory standards, maintaining safety and optimising material usage, reducing waste and costs & hence helps industries to improve profitability. To ensure our customers maintain high accuracy and continue to meet quality standards, Avery Weigh-Tronix offers a range of service and maintenance options, from standard calibrations to extensive support packages when equipment uptime is critical to business success.
