On the job training
Learning by doing is our approach, therefore you will find the majority of your training will be on the job focussed, rather than attending external training. We run series of Sales acceleration & service acceleration training programs which are designed on basis of employees needs to cope with ever innovating product range. These programs are curated by our own faculty, and conducted both online as well as physically at our factory.
Targeted development plans
We adopt a 70/20/10 approach to Individual Development Planning; this means that 70% of our employee’s development comes through stretched assignments and projects. 20% comes through learning through hours, and only 10% of development comes through formal training courses/ programmes. This means the development is very targeted and enables our employees to develop at a quicker pace.
