Overview

The ZM155 is a flexible and highly reliable weight indicator specifically designed for hazardous environments. A large display allows operators to view the weight and complete their process with confidence. Multiple built-in communication technology ports give users the ability to display, store, and transmit data across devices.

Standalone or in tandem

The ZM155 Weight Indicator provides a safe and accurate solution for the simplest of applications. When connected to another Z Series Indicator in the safe area, the solution expands into endless possibilities. Connect to a ZM201 for a simple remote display application or incorporate a ZM615 for a more complex Internet of Things (IoT) solution. Create an interactive data collection system by hosting a web page with the sensitive weighments from the ZM155 or interface into complex network environments. Additionally, the ZM155 can adapt to your most complex needs.

Enclosure

Each ZM155 is enclosed in IP69K rated 304 brushed stainless steel, making it ideal for use in demanding industrial environments. Use the included desk mount for easy installation or add an optional wall mount bracket for additional mounting options.

Tailored connectivity

The ZM155 allows you to use standard RS232 or RS485 communications to the optional ZM155-COM module to connect to safe area control systems. Commands to control the ZM155 from both Hazardous and Safe areas allow ultimate flexibility as it adapts to your business workflow.

Keypads

Each unit features a numeric keypad with chemical resistant, domed keys which give the user crisp, positive tactile feedback when compressed. In fact, application specific keys allow weighing operations to carry out quickly and effectively.
