ZM Recipe Application

Overview

Our recipe application can be used in conjuction with the Avery Weigh-Tronix ZM510 and ZM615 indicators, offering a flexible process control system.

Application

The Avery Weigh-Tronix recipe application can be used with the Avery Weigh-Tronix ZM510/ZM615 Indicators to offer a flexible process control system.

Used as a simple standalone recipe station or integrated into a larger automated process, allowing the filling of multiple ingredients and giving the ability to control process steps such as mixers, heaters, coolers and resting timer when required.

• Control of filling heads (fast & dribble for a more accurate fill)

• Positive or negative filling values (discharge filling)
