Manager – Fabrication, Ballabgarh (Faridabad) (Full Time)

Summary

Good exposure of Fabrication, specialist in Welding & cutting of Heavy/ Thick sheet metals. Specialist Process engineer of MIG Welding & cutting, knowledge of TIG Welding. Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

Key duties/responsibilities

• Supervises fabrication yard erection activities, installation operations.
• Co-ordinates and interfaces between fabrication/installation and pre-fabrication activities.
• Co-ordinates sub-contractors involved in the assembly stages.
• Searches for the most efficient technical solutions.
• Provides quantitative data for producing the progress reports.
• Experience with OSHA safety as well as employee safety.
• Responsible for safe and efficient operations of fabrication.
• Certify all production & assemble products to meet company quality & ISO requirements.
• Develop and maintain update manufacturing procedure; scale up formulations from development in accordance with GMP and safety / environmental regulations.
• WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) development
• Train certified welders
• ISO 9001, 4500 and 50001 implementations
• Good exposure of Fabrication, specialist in Welding & cutting of Heavy/ Thick sheet metals.
• Specialist Process engineer of MIG Welding & cutting, knowledge of TIG Welding.

Requirements

• Abilities: Good Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Managerial Skills, Customer Focus, Decision Making, Flexibility, Goal Achievement, Personal Accountability, Planning and Organizing, Self-Management
• Education: BE/B.Tech. – Mechanical Engg. (Preferably from SLIET)
• Experience: 10-15 years
• Language: English
