We are looking for a Marketing Executive to be an integral part of our future growth and success, in this fast-paced, hands-on role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years marketing experience in a generalist-type role in the B2B sector, ideally with a service background. They must be focused and hardworking and have a strong understanding of digital marketing. While a marketing qualification would be advantageous, it is not essential, but the candidate must have practical marketing experience.

They will be a collaborative worker who is equally able to work with autonomy and fully own and deliver projects to timescales and within budget. Our Marketing Executive must be open to fast-paced working, with a flexible approach change.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for content maintenance of company WordPress websites and liaising with website developers on new projects.
Responsible for creating content for and posting to our business social media accounts.
Responsible for creating and keeping up to date all company brochures both in digital and print form and working with external graphic design agencies where necessary. (Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop would be advantageous).
Using their excellent copywriting skills to create ongoing content for blogs, editorial and social posts.
The creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns, knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) would be beneficial, but not essential.
Overseeing the planning, running and follow up to customer events, including exhibitions and customer open days.
Assisting with internal employee engagement events and communications, including editing the quarterly newsletter.
Responsible for company photography and videography in our image library.
Assist in the development of storyboards and concept briefs for our agencies supporting us with graphic design, photography, and videography.
To ensure that all stock and company equipment are kept clean safe and secure and maintained to high standard.
To undertake and attend training courses necessary to develop and maintain competence to undertake the role.
To ensure accurate and timely administrative care is taken when completing time sheets.
From time to time be available to undertake work in overtime in-line with the requirements of the Business.
To observe and comply with all Company policies including but not limited to Health and Safety, Ethics Policy, IT User policy and all policies and appendices within the Contract of Employment.
To comply with the Company’s Expense Policy and submit expenses on a monthly basis to the Business & Service Delivery Manager for approval.
Any other duties deemed appropriate within the scope of the role and in-line with skills and experience
Person Specification – Background Experience Basic Qualifications and/or Experience required:
Degree Level in related marketing subject preferable
Social Media knowledge and experience with working with apps
2-5 years prior experience in a similar role and within a Service Driven and highly Customer-focused environment
