We are looking for a meticulous and forward-thinking individual to become a valuable addition to our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various operational tasks related to order processing, third-party interactions, and customer communication. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
You will be booking In Duties from retrieving Third Party Quotes/Raising Purchase Orders and sending out completed orders to third party.
You will be required to upload Third-Party Certificate onto a internal system.
With a deep understanding, chase Third Parties for a number of different queries
You will be chasing Sales on Orders with any issues and offering a solution.
You may need to take calls/queries regarding current orders on lab’s email account.
You will be Contacting customers with issues/updates
You will be booking Out Duties which includes Receipting/Forecasting Purchase Orders
You will be organising UPS Collection and Returns and handle all Delivery and Collection Queries
You will also be organising Avery Drop Off’s by contacting the Avery Driver, updating the planned route for them and contacting the customers to organize the equipment drop off.
Any other duties deemed appropriate within the scope of the role and in line with skills and experience.
What We Are Looking For
Someone with previous experience in an Admin role or logistics is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, office management software, and experience with Salesforce is considered advantageous
Someone with strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Someone who is warm, professional manner when interacting with individuals at all levels
Someone who is a representation of professionalism and a commitment to upholding the company’s image
Someone with good attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all work processes
Someone who is flexible and has problem-solving abilities, with an initiative-driven approach to unexpected challenges
Required GCSEs in English and Math’s or equivalent
Experience in business administration or relevant field qualifications are preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
The role is based within the company’s office environment for standard 40 hours per week, with some overtime when necessary to meet business needs.
Occasional need to lift or shift items weighing up to 10kg.
