OperationalResponsibilities:
Ensure delivery of outstanding Service with particular focus on attainment of core customer driven KPI targets.
Take responsibility for adherence to Quality Program
Ensure individual and collective performance of the Sales & Service Technician workforce
Meet the budgeted cost base and revenue targets associated with the Branch Managers territory.
Ensure targeted Service Technician productivity and efficiency metrics are met.
Maintain a safety-oriented culture, manage the Health and Safety program for the region, provide safety training, conduct safety audits, conduct accident investigation, and drive safety metrics.
Prepare and submit regular financial forecasts in line with AWTX and ITW financial forecasting requirements.
Responsible for oversight and maintenance of Fleet Management within region.
Coach, mentor and develop all staff to raise the bar in terms of staff capability and to ensure that a very motivated, highly effective, engaged, productive and flexible work force is in place, which embraces the need for continuous improvement and technology upgrades.
Commercial Responsibilities:
Assume full P&L responsibility for the Branch, with the immediate and continuous objective to deliver the budgeted Operating Income for the branches.
Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.
Implement strategic plans that grow revenues and increase market share.
Motivate and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives.
Interact with sales team to develop sales plans.
Attain the budgeted revenues associated with the Branch Managers territory, with particular focus on contract revenue, chargeable revenue, and increased revenue.
Play a key role in building and maintaining effective relationships with key customers, completing field and on-site customer visits as necessary, acting as a conduit to resolve any significant issues related to customer satisfaction.
Review and report on monthly regional accounts and investigate significant variances to budget.
Leading & Supervising:
Provide staff with a clear vision and clear direction.
Manage Sales, office & field employees through providing mentorship, guidance and constructive feedback to promote employee development.
Motivates and empowers others.
Provides staff with development opportunities and coaching.
Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in a Branch Management Supervisory position.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with sufficient intellectual capacity to understand complex problems and work as a member of a team to find innovative solutions.
History of successful performance and strong revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
This position covers the territory of Quebec and frequent travel is required to cover the territory.
Knowledge of the Canadian industrial weigh scale industry advantageous, but not essential.
Valid driving license.
