Production lines often rely on multiple, lighter-capacity, stand-alone scales. When a failure occurs, it’s often faster and more convenient to simply replace the unit.
ProCare Total and ProCare service agreements allow faulty scales to be swapped affordably and sustainably – either instantly, from stock stored on-site, or via next-day delivery and return.
Scale faults cause costly downtime. With ProCare Total, you can ensure 99% uptime by immediately swapping out any scale at no additional cost, with a replacement from your consignment stock. The faulty unit will be repaired at our state-of-the art repair centre, or recycled.
Your process may not need a failed scale to be immediately replaced – for instance, if parts are check weighed on several bench scales. ProCare offers replacement scales delivered to site and an engineer to fit them, minimising downtime disruption and the need for spare stock.
