Using Weigh Bar technology for outstanding accuracy

This platform scale features a unique chain link design for its weight sensors.  This allows the full load to be placed on the Weigh Bar weight sensor while minimising side and end loads, which improves accuracy.  The chain links also absorb shock loads rather than transfer them to the Weigh Bar.

Legal for trade

The DS floor scale is suited for any industrial weighing application.  It is trade approved, meaning it can be used in situations where product is sold by weight.

FM-approved for explosive environments

It also has an FM-approved junction box and Weigh Bars, and when paired with an FM-approved weight indicator, is safe for explosive atmospheres.

Range of weighing capacities

The Deck Scale is available in a range of capacities from 500 lbs to 20,000 lbs.

Paint finish

The carbon steel deck scales are finished with either a high-grade polyurethane or a powder paint finish, depending on the platform size. Stainless steel construction is also available.
