Each Terminal Manager can request service for an asset to repair, calibrate or transfer scale to another lift.
Each Avery Weigh-Tronix Authorized Industrial Scale Distributor’s Service Manager can assign to their field service technician or perform a repair.
Each Field Service Technician will accept cases and assign a target date for repair, arrival time and site for each terminal and repair each asset from the AWARE app.
