A digital Infrastructure to request service, manage installations, track assets and monitor financial details for each asset in your fleet.

The AWARE solution provides:

• A Microsoft SharePoint Landing page that provides access from your desktop computer to request service for each asset, cases, assign and/or monitor the status of each case and review reports whenever needed for each or all of your terminals.
• The AWARE Assistant, A Microsoft PowerApp, allows the use of a smartphone or tablet, when connected to the internet, by the Terminal Manager, Service Manager and Field Service Technician.
• The AWARE system is managed by our National Service Team in Fairmont, MN.

Service Manager

Each Avery Weigh-Tronix Authorized Industrial Scale Distributor’s Service Manager can assign to their field service technician or perform a repair.

Service Technician

Each Field Service Technician will accept cases and assign a target date for repair, arrival time and site for each terminal and repair each asset from the AWARE app.

Terminal Manager

Each Terminal Manager can request service for an asset to repair, calibrate or transfer scale to another lift.
